What is Missions?
At LIFEChurch, missions is close to our heart because we believe it is close to God's heart. In supporting missionaries and missions projects, going on short-term trips, and hearing from visiting missionaries and pastors, we join with Jesus Christ in His mission to see everyone receive the opportunity to Follow Jesus and know His love.
Our Mission
How does LIFEchurch view missions?
In response to the Great Commission (Matt. 28:16-20), LIFEchurch is committed to seeing disciples made of all nations. We believe that God was the first missionary (Gen. 3:9) and that His heart is to see all people come to Him through His son, Jesus Christ (Phil. 2:10-11). We believe that missions is not just an action, but a lifestyle. Missions run's parallel to, but is distinct from, evangelism, and it is the job and calling of the whole church.
